NVHomes to Host Columbus Day Open House at
Bayside on October 11
Homebuyers can purchase now for spring 2009 delivery
SELBYVILLE, DE. September 29, 2008 – NVHomes, one of the nation’s top luxury homebuilders, is hosting a Columbus Day Open House at Bayside on Saturday, October 11.
The public is invited to stop by the Bayside Welcome Center on Route 54, just four miles west of Fenwick Island, between 10 am and 6 pm to enjoy some refreshments and learn more about the stunning single-family homes and villas NVHomes is building in Bayside. These homes, which start in the $300,000s, range in size from 2,064 square feet to over 3,200 square feet and offer luxurious first floor living with spacious kitchens, elegant owner’s suites and 2-car garages. Additionally, every NV home at Bayside will be Energy Star rated.
NVHomes will soon be breaking ground on the single-family home and villa models it plans to build within the Bayside community. These models will be open for the public to tour by the end of the year. Homebuyers who purchase an NVHomes home in Bayside will be ready to move in by Spring 2009.
The Bayside homesites available from NVHomes are in The Commons neighborhood, which is slated to have its own outdoor pool next summer. This pool is in addition to the community’s Sun Ridge Tennis & Recreation Center, a 5,000 square foot facility with outdoor pool, large whirlpool, tennis courts, splash zone for kids, fitness room, game room and sports courts for basketball and volleyball.
Bayside offers other recreational activities including an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, nature trails, access to Assawoman Bay for kayaking and canoeing, a beach shuttle and water taxi service, and an outdoor stage for concerts and theatre performances. A Harris Teeter supermarket opened in the community last winter and future plans call for a town center with restaurants, a performing arts center, and shops.
NVHomes’ Open House is just part of the festivities happening at Bayside on October 11. The Freeman Foundation is sponsoring a Fall Festival starting at 2 pm at the outdoor stage across from Bayside’s Carousel Park. There will be live music featuring the Mythica Celtic Band, an Apple Cook-Off contest, pumpkin painting, scarecrow making and more.
