NVHomes Plans Grand Opening at Bayside on August 30
Homebuyers to get first look at NVHomes’ newly designed Bayside homes
SELBYVILLE, DE. August 22, 2008 – NVHomes, one of the nation’s top luxury homebuilders, will celebrate the opening of its new home sales office at Bayside with a Grand Opening on Saturday, August 30 from 10 am to 6 pm. NVHomes' sales center is located in Bayside's Rt. 54 Welcome Center, just 4 miles west of Fenwick Island.
Carl M. Freeman Companies, the developer of Bayside, recently finalized an agreement with Reston, Virginia-based NVHomes to sell and build single family homes and villas in its resort waterfront golf community. “With our reputation for developing award-winning communities and NVHomes'’ reputation for building luxury homes of unrivaled quality, Bayside will continue as a thriving community. The Grand Opening will give prospective homebuyers the opportunity to see the homes NVHomes designed specifically for Bayside. NVHomes' single family offerings range in size from just over 2,000 square feet to over 3,200 square feet. All single family homes have 2-car garages, 2 plus to 3 plus bedrooms with the owner’s suite on the first floor, and 2 to 3 baths. The villas being offered measure an impressive 2,400 sq. feet and include a single car garage. Every NVHomes constructed home at Bayside also will be Energy Star rated.
