Bayside Homes Continue to Sell at Rapid Pace

OCEAN VIEW, DE. July 14, 2005 – Carl M. Freeman Communities announced today that its has sold 420 homes at Bayside, its newest waterfront golf community near Fenwick Island, Delaware, since launching the development in June 2004.

Bayside offers a variety of homestyles – single family homes, townhomes, twin homes and condominiums – as well as high end amenities such as its 18-hole, par 72 Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, miles of hiking trails, health centers and more. Over $194 million in property has been sold at Bayside since June.
