FENWICK ISLAND, DE - The Carl M. Freeman Foundation invites all community residents and visitors to attend the opening night at the Freeman Summer Stage at Bayside. The evening will begin with a media press conference and site tour at 6pm, followed by a spectacular “pops” performance by the Mid-Atlantic Symphony.

“This is not just a huge night for the Freeman Summer Stage – this is a significant night for our community,” stated Michelle D. Freeman, President and Chair of both the Carl M. Freeman Foundation and the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation. “To be able to open our outdoor stage with a quality and respected group such as the Mid-Atlantic Symphony is a really a dream come true. And this is just the beginning of what people can expect from the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation when it comes to the arts.”

The opening performance, which is free and open to the public, will begin on Friday at 7pm. Guests are encouraged to bring comfortable lawn chairs and blankets so they can enjoy both the outdoors and the performance.
