Bayside Celebrates Condo Grand Opening

SELBYVILLE, DE - May 10, 2007 – At a festive grand opening on April 21, Bayside, the award-winning waterfront golf community near Fenwick Island, celebrated the completion of its first New Castle condominium building.

Amid the music, food, and entertainment, the 200-plus guests in attendance were the first to tour the 3-story building with its welcoming, spacious lobby and three beautifully decorated condo models.
