Bayside Garners Regal Awards from Delaware Home Building Association
SELBYVILLE, DE – March 27, 2006 Carl M. Freeman Communities was honored recently with two prestigious Regal Awards from the Home Builders Association of Delaware (HBA/DE) for its Bayside waterfront golf community.
Bayside, a master-planned community located off Route 54 just west of Fenwick Island, received an award for “Best Brochure for a community or Builder” and another for “Best Exterior Merchandising for a Single Family Resort Home with an Average Sales Price over $350,000.” The award-winning home was Bayside's Laurel model.
The Regal Awards are presented annually by HBA/DE's Sales and Marketing Council to recognize the outstanding accomplishments and creativity of Delaware-based builders and associate members. HBA/DE reviewed over 325 entries in 60 different categories for this year's awards.

Over 450 homes have been sold at Bayside and settlements have topped the 115 mark. “We are so excited to see the community coming to life,” says Grimes. “The Sun Ridge Tennis & Recreation Center is slated to open this summer as is our new community entrance off of Route 54.”
“We also will be hosting the grand opening of three new townhome models next month,” Grimes continues.
