Bayside Records Hot Sales for February Weekend
OCEAN VIEW, DE. February 8, 2005 – Carl M. Freeman Communities today announced a tremendous February weekend of home sales at Bayside, a waterfront golf community near Fenwick Island, Delaware.
Included in this most recent property release at Bayside were 12 Delaware condominiums and 30 Chesapeake condominiums in the Sun Ridge and Commons neighborhoods. The result was more than $15 million in home and homesite purchases.
