Bayside Model Grand Opening Set for Saturday, February 14
NVHomes to celebrate model opening with food, fun, and a prize giveaway
SELBYVILLE, DE. February 2, 2009 – NVHomes will showcase its first model home built in the waterfront resort golf community of Bayside with a Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, February 14, 2009.
The public is invited to stop by NVHomes' spacious Bornquist model from 11am to 6 pm on February 14 to tour the home, enjoy food and beverages, and sign up for door prizes. NVHomes is looking forward to showing homebuyers the craftsmanship, design and energy efficiency of its homes. NVHomes has nearly 30 years of experience in the homebuilding business and is known for its award- winning floorplans and its emphasis on rich detail.
The Bornquist model is a fabulous 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that offers the best in first floor living. With an open kitchen that overlooks the great room and dinette, a luxurious owner’s suite, formal dining room and 2-car garage, it’s easy to see why the Bornquist is one of NVHomes’ most popular homestyles. The Bornquist is one of six different homestyles -- five single family homes and a 2-story villa – that NV offers at Bayside.
